. It is anticipated that TCS won't permit WFH after November. Not only TCS, but the majority of tech businesses are finally calling every employee back to the office

Batting for the need of workers' getting back to office, TCS head working official (COO) N Ganapathy Subramaniam said,

"We recruited around 100,000 individuals last year. Around 25,000 of them joined TCS from a distance without taking the ID cards

Subramaniam was talking at Business Today's India@100 Summit in a meeting directed by its Editor Sourav Majumdar.

Nonetheless, praising representatives' work during WFH, the TCS COO said, "There were times when 99 to 100 percent of representatives were working from a distance

I met someone at the air terminal parlor around 6-7 months and the individual asked

how would you make a $1 billion benefit in this quarter without anyone coming to work.

As of now, around 20 to 25 percent of the organization's absolute labor force have gotten back to office

These are progressed availability, security, protection and man-made brainpower inescapable, Subramaniam illustrated.
